How Phone Bidding Works:

Registration:
All bidding registration must be done with-in 5 days before the sale. You’ll need to register with the auction house and provide contact information.

Pre-Auction Communication:
After you sign up within 5 days of the sale, the auction house will contact you before the auction to confirm your participation and go over any specific instructions, procedures and means of payment.

Bidding:
During the auction, you’ll be connected to the designated representative who will place bids on your behalf, following your instructions. If you win the bid, you must be ready with full banking information of a credit card or a bank wire transfer.

Communication:
You’ll need to be available and clear with your instructions, ensuring the representative understands your bids and maximum amounts. Please make time on the day of the auction to participate and be ready to be called approximately 2 horses prior to the horse you are interested in bidding on.

Post-Auction:
If you are the winning bidder, the auction house will guide you through the payment and purchase process. It is imperative that you have shipping plans confirmed prior to purchasing the horse. Talking to the consignor of the horse prior to the sale, may help you confirm a method of delivery for your new horse if you have the winning bid. You own that horse at the drop of the gavel.
